We may hold your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 in instances where you voluntarily provide it. Our Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use, hold, disclose, access, correct, manage and dispose of your personal information.

Your email address will not be added to a mailing list or disclosed except on your request. You will always have the option to opt in or opt out of services at any stage.

If, in a public consultation process, you make a submission to us (for example, commenting on a proposed policy), we may ask for your permission to publish your submission and other personal details such as your name and organisation - this is a standard part of the consultation process.
