You can tell us your thoughts by using this online survey questionnaire. We will look at all the consultation feedback in early 2026 and make changes to ensure we are regulating PAs in the right way. We plan to start regulating PAs later in 2026. In the meantime, we will work on designing the other parts of the regulatory framework that we will consult on in the future.
