Conditions
Conditions on scope of practice under Section 43(1)(a)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 01 March 2026:
1. Dr Hellyer must achieve and maintain active participation in the Inpractice recertification programme no later than 1 June 2026 to the satisfaction of the Medical Council of New Zealand (Council).
2. Dr Hellyer must provide satisfactory evidence of on-going participation in the Inpractice recertification programme as and when requested to do so by Council. -
