Notes

Dr Lambah is permitted to practise medicine in the position of specialist in plastic & reconstructive surgery at Christchurch Hospital under the supervision of Dr Jeremy Simcock between 22 September 2026 and 31 August 2027.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Lambah to confirm competence for registration within the vocational scope of plastic & reconstructive surgery.

Dr Lambah may work outside their provisional scope but must do so within a collegial relationship.

Under section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 5 November 2025:
1.Dr Lambah must work under approved supervision.
2.Dr Lambah may only work in a position approved by Council's Registrar.
