Conditions

Conditions on scope of practice under Section 101(1)(c) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 20 February 2026:
1. Dr Allen must advise any future employers of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal's decision for a period of 24 months; and
2. Dr Allen may not work as a sole practitioner for a period of 12 months.

Under section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 18 May 2026:
1. Dr Allen must work under approved supervision.
2. Dr Allen may only work in a position approved by Council's Registrar.
3. Dr Allen must complete a New Zealand Resuscitation Council-approved Advanced Cardiac Life Support course at the level of CORE Immediate within the first 3 months of commencing practice.
