Conditions
Under section 43(1)(a)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 17 September 2025:
1. Dr Anderson must achieve and maintain active participation in the Inpractice recertification programme no later than 30 November 2025 to the satisfaction of the Medical Council of New Zealand.
2. Dr Anderson must provide satisfactory evidence of on-going participation in the Inpractice recertification programme as and when requested to do so by Council. -
