Dr Avnaim is permitted to practise medicine in General Practice at Tui Ora Waitara Medical Centre under the supervision of Dr Bernard Leuthart between 10 August 2026 and 31 May 2027.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Avnaim to confirm competence for registration within the vocational scope of General Practice.

Dr Avnaim may work outside their provisional or special purpose scope but must do so within a collegial relationship.
