Conditions
Conditions on general scope of practice under Section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 13 April 2016: 1. Dr Broughton must work in a group practice approved by Council's Registrar, that has at least one vocationally registered doctor onsite at any time that he is practising. 2. Dr Broughton must work under onsite supervision of a Council-approved vocationally registered general practitioner. 3. Supervision reports must be submitted to Council at 1, 2, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. 4. Dr Broughton must regularly provide his clinical notes for review, at intervals to be specified by Council's Medical Adviser.
