Notes
Dr Chuang is required to participate in the Inpractice recertification programme for doctors registered in the general scope of practice administered by bpacNZ.

Conditions
Under section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 06 July 2026:
1.Dr Chuang must work under approved supervision.
2.Dr Chuang may only work in a position approved by Council's Registrar.
3.Dr Chuang must complete an Advanced NZ Resuscitation Council-approved Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course within the first 3 months of commencing practice. -
