Conditions
Conditions on scope of practice under Section 43(1)(a)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 12 March 2026:
1. Dr Dundas must achieve and maintain active participation in the Inpractice recertification programme no later than 30 April 2026 to the satisfaction of the Medical Council of New Zealand (Council).
2. Dr Dundas must provide satisfactory evidence of on-going participation in the Inpractice recertification programme as and when requested to do so by Council. -
