Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 8 May 2024:
1. Dr El Saka's general scope of practice is limited to orthopaedic surgery in any medical setting or to other areas of medicine in hospital-based practice only and;
2. rural hospital medicine under the supervision of the Division of Rural Hospital Medicine of New Zealand vocational training programme. -
