Conditions on scope of practice under Section 43(1)(a)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 23 August 2019:
Dr Farrell must achieve and maintain active participation in the Inpractice recertification programme to the satisfaction of the Council, by no later than 31 October 2019.
Dr Farrell must provide satisfactory evidence of on-going participation in the recertification programme as and when requested to do so by Council. -
