Dr Giles is permitted to practise medicine in Anaesthesia at Manukau SuperClinic (Manukau Surgery Centre) under the supervision of Dr John McGann between 01 June 2026 and 31 May 2027; at Middlemore Hospital under the supervision of Dr John McGann between 01 June 2026 and 31 May 2027.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Giles to complete Council's assessment requirements for registration within the vocational scope of Anaesthesia.

Dr Giles may work outside their provisional or special purpose scope but must do so within a collegial relationship.
