Dr Gladysz is permitted to practise medicine in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Waikato Hospital and Hauora Tairāwhiti | Gisborne Hospital under the supervision of Dr Deirdre Seoighe between 05 February 2026 and 30 November 2026; at Te Kuiti Hospital under the supervision of Dr Deirdre Seoighe on 17 February 2026. The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Gladysz to complete Council's assessment requirements for registration within the vocational scope of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr Gladysz's provisional vocational scope (and vocational scope, once granted) of plastic & reconstructive surgery excludes cosmetic surgery. -
