Dr Govender is permitted to practise medicine in Paediatric Surgery at Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Hutt Hospital, Kenepuru Community Hospital, Palmerston North Hospital, Wairarapa Hospital, Wellington Regional Hospital and Whanganui Hospital under the supervision of Dr Dirk Von Delft and Dr Prabal Mishra between 21 January 2026 and 30 November 2026. The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Govender to complete Council's assessment requirements for registration within the vocational scope of Paediatric Surgery.
