Notes
Dr Grist is permitted to practise medicine in the position of Specialist in Internal Medicine at Auckland City Hospital under the supervision of Dr Leanne Berkahn between 09 July 2026 and 30 November 2026.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Grist to confirm competence for registration within the vocational scope of Internal Medicine.
Dr Grist may work outside their provisional or special purpose scope but must do so within a collegial relationship. -
Conditions
Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 9 July 2026: Dr Grist's provisional vocational scope (and vocational scope once granted) is limited to clinical haematology.
