Conditions on scope of practice under Section 101(1)(c) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 24 April 2024:
1. Dr Hanne is prohibited from prescribing any methylphenidate or dexamphetamine whatsoever.
2. Dr Hanne's prescribing is to be reviewed by the Council to check for compliance with the Council's statement on Providing care to yourself and those close to you (or any subsequent statements) with reviews taking place every four months during the three-year period.
3. Dr Hanne must advise any future employers, partners, shareholders in a company conducting medical practice or anyone else whom he is working as a professional colleague, of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal's (HPDT's) decision, and these conditions imposed on his practice.
4. Dr Hanne must not supervise other than in an accredited training programme in which he becomes an accredited supervisor and in which his supervision is monitored by the accrediting body.
5. Dr Hanne must discuss the HPDT's decision with his peer review group within six months of the date of the HPDT's penalty decision as to penalty and provide confirmation to the Council that he has done so.

Conditions on scope of practice effective from 23 April 2024:
1. Dr Hanne may provide advice and/or guidance to other health practitioners regarding the treatment and management of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), including as to medication for the same, but he must advise such health practitioners of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal's (HPDT's) decision and the conditions of the interim stay; and
2. Dr Hanne may provide educational advice and assistance on ADHD and its management, by way of in person and on-line webinars and seminars hosted by accredited training and educational organisations.
3. Dr Hanne may provide voluntary and/or pro-bono general medical services and care in support of under privileged communities requiring such medical services – but cannot provide such services and care on ADHD. Dr Hanne must inform any organisation he provides services for of the HPDT's decision and the conditions of the interim stay.
