Dr Har Zahav is permitted to practise medicine in General Practice under the supervision of Dr Michael Haymes and Dr Amanda Crone at Naenae Medical Centre between 4 September 2026 and 31 August 2027, and at Lower Hutt After Hours Medical Centre between 2 October 2026 and 31 August 2027.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Har Zahav to complete Council's requirements for registration within the general scope. -
