Notes

Dr Harel is permitted to practise medicine in General Practice at Devonport Health Centre under the supervision of Dr Lucas Doorakkers between 01 June 2026 and 31 May 2027.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Harel to confirm competence for registration within the vocational scope of General Practice.

Dr Harel may work outside their provisional or special purpose scope but must do so within a collegial relationship.
