Under section 43(1)(a)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 18 August 2026:
1. Dr Holding must provide satisfactory evidence of on-going participation in the New Zealand College of Musculoskeletal Medicine (NZCMM) recertification programme as and when requested to do so by Council. -
