Conditions
Conditions on scope of practice under Section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 18 December 2014:
1) That Dr Keane can only work in a hospital-based setting in a position approved by the Registrar on the advice of the Council's Medical Adviser.
2) That Dr Keane must work under the supervision of an onsite clinical supervisor approved by Council.
3) That Dr Keane must meet with the clinical supervisor in a one to one session on a weekly basis and the supervisor is to report at least monthly to Council and more frequently if the supervisor has immediate concerns about Dr Keane's practice. -
