Dr Lameijer is required to participate in an approved recertification programme relevant to the vocational scope of Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology. Dr Lameijer may work outside the stated vocational scope in hospital based practice but must do so within a collegial relationship.

Conditions
Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 30 June 2025: Dr Lameijer's scope of practice excludes obstetric imaging and acute gynaecology ultrasound.
Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 - Effective from 4 March 2025: Dr Lameijer's general scope of practice is limited to diagnostic and interventional radiology in any medical setting or to other areas of medicine in hospital-based practice only.
