Dr Lavigne is permitted to practise medicine in the position of Specialist in Palliative Medicine at Mary Potter Hospice under the supervision of Dr Ian Gwynne-Robson and Dr Rebekah Shaw between 08 June 2026 and 30 November 2026.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Lavigne to confirm competence for registration within the vocational scope of Palliative Medicine. -

Effective 7 August 2025: Dr Lavigne's general scope of practice is limited to palliative medicine in any medical setting or to other areas of medicine in hospital-based practice only. -
