Dr Mak is permitted to practise medicine in ophthalmology at Greenlane Clinical Centre, Manukau Super Clinic, Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora - Te Toka Tumai Auckland | Waitematā | Counties Manukau under the supervision of Dr Joel Yap, Dr Sarah Welch, Dr Pui Ting Tiffany Ma and Dr Wei Yi Goh between 23 June 2026 and 31 May 2027.

The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Mak to complete Council's assessment requirements for registration within the vocational scope of Ophthalmology.

Dr Mak is required to participate in the Inpractice recertification programme for doctors registered in the general scope of practice administered by bpacNZ.
