Conditions
Under section 43(1)(a)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 03 September 2025:
1.Dr Hilda Malibinust must achieve and maintain active participation in the Inpractice recertification programme no later than 03 November 2025 to the satisfaction of the Medical Council of New Zealand.
2.Dr Maliban must provide satisfactory evidence of on-going participation in the Inpractice recertification programme as and when requested to do so by Council. -
