Conditions on scope of practice under section 39(2)(b) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 1 March 2013:
1. That Dr Masoumi must practise in a position approved by the Council's Registrar and where there is adequate immediate supervision of his practice at all times.

Conditions on scope of practice under Section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 27 February 2012:
1.That Dr Masoumi must work under the supervision of a medical practitioner approved by Council who is registered within a vocational scope of practice relevant to the one in which he is working.
2.That Dr Masoumi may work only in a position approved by Council's Registrar at SHO level for one year.
3.That these conditions may be removed by the Registrar upon receipt of satisfactory reports every three months for one year.
