Under section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 04 December 2024:
1.Dr McCormack must work under approved supervision.
2.Dr McCormack may only work in a position approved by Council's Registrar.
3.Dr McCormack must complete an Advanced NZ Resuscitation Council-approved Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course within the first 3 months of commencing practice.
