Conditions on scope of practice under Section 101(1)(c) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 10 April 2025:
1. Dr Mehrain may only prescribe in connection with her radiology practice.
2. Dr Mehrain must notify the Council if she changes employers to undertake work within her vocational scope of practice as a radiologist. She may only work outside this scope in a Council approved position; and
3. Dr Mehrain is to advise colleagues who provide supervision of any kind to her, future employers, organisations engaging her as a contractor, medical business partners, or shareholders in a company conducting medical practice with her, of the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal decision and its orders.

Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 27 May 2014:
Dr Mehrain's general scope of practice is limited to diagnostic and interventional radiology in any medical setting or to other areas of medicine in hospital-based practice only.
