Dr Myszewski is required to participate in an approved recertification programme relevant to the vocational scope of Diagnostic & Interventional Radiology. Dr Myszewski may work outside the stated vocational scope in hospital based practice but must do so within a collegial relationship.

Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 4 June 2020: Dr Myszewski's vocational scope of diagnostic and interventional radiology excludes obstetric imaging.

Under Section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective 2 April 2019:
Dr Myszewski's general scope of practice is limited to diagnostic and interventional radiology in any medical setting or to other areas of medicine in hospital-based practice only.
