Conditions on scope of practice under Section 43(1)(a)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 29 October 2019:
1.That Dr Monagharie Ponnen's vocational scope is limited to gynaecology only.
2. That Dr Monagharie Ponnen will not undertake major procedures that require the facilities of a hospital, or general or
regional anaesthesia.
