Dr Puppala is permitted to practise medicine in the position of Specialist in Paediatrics at Starship Children's Hospital under the supervision of Dr Anne Tait and Dr Anusha Ganeshalingham between 10 August 2026 and 31 May 2027.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Puppala to confirm competence for registration within the vocational scope of Paediatrics.

Conditions on scope of practice under Section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 18 May 2016:
That Dr Naga Kishore Puppala's general scope of practice is limited to intensive care medicine and hospital-based practice.

Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 10 August 2026:
Dr Puppala's scope of practice is limited to paediatric intensive care medicine.
