Notes

Dr Raj is required to participate in an approved recertification programme relevant to the vocational scope of General Practice. Dr Raj may work outside the stated vocational scope but must do so within a collegial relationship.

Conditions on scope of practice under section 101(1)(c) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 12 September 2025:
1. Dr Raj is required to have a Council-approved registered health practitioner (Practice Monitor) present for all consultations with female patients.
2. Dr Raj is required to notify any employer of the Tribunal's decision and its orders.
