Conditions on scope of practice under Section 39(2)(b)(ii) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 11 July 2014:
1) That Dr Renata can only practise within the Royal College of Urgent Care Physicians' training programme
2) That Dr Renata permits Council to receive monthly reports from the Royal College of Urgent Care Physicians on his progress in the training programme. -
