Notes
Dr Singh is required to participate in an approved recertification programme relevant to the vocational scope of General Practice. Dr Singh may work outside the stated vocational scope but must do so within a collegial relationship.

Conditions
Conditions on scope of practice under section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 16 August 2017: (1) Dr Singh is required to have a chaperone present during all consultations with female patients that involve examination or physical treatment. (2) Dr Singh is to place a notice advising of the chaperone requirements on clear display in his waiting room (in English, Fijian, Hindi, Punjabi, and Samoan). (3) If a chaperone is required, Dr Singh is to make an entry in the patient's medical records recording that a chaperone was present during the consultation and who that chaperone was.
