Conditions on scope of practice under Section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 01 February 2012:
1.That Dr Thobejane must work under the supervision of Dr Greig Russell.
2.That Dr Thobejane may work only in a position approved by Council's Registrar.
3.That these conditions may be removed by the Registrar upon receipt of satisfactory reports after one, two, three, six, nine and 12 months. -
