Conditions
Conditions on scope of practice under Section 29(2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 1 September 2017:
1.That Dr Thorne must provide Council with satisfactory supervision reports at 1, 2 and 3 months after having recommenced practice, and then every quarter thereafter.
2. That Dr Thorne is required to complete an ACLS course at the level of New Zealand Resuscitation Council CORE Immediate within 3 months of having recommenced practice. -
