Dr Wannigama is permitted to practise medicine in ophthalmology at Wellington, Hutt and Kenepuru Hospitals under the primary supervision of Dr Edward Hutchins; at Wellington and Kenepuru Hospitals under the secondary supervision of Dr Anne-Marie
Yardley; at Wellington Hospital under the secondary supervision of Dr Jesse Gale and Dr Kenneth Chan; at Hutt Hospital under the secondary supervision of Dr James Leong between 22 August 2026 and 30 November 2026.

The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Wannigama to complete Council's assessment requirements for registration within the vocational scope of Ophthalmology.
