Dr Bjerum is permitted to practise medicine in Internal Medicine at Wairarapa Hospital under the supervision of Dr Juan Hammond between 01 October 2026 and 30 November 2026.
The purpose of this registration is to enable Dr Bjerum to complete Council's assessment requirements for registration within the vocational scope of Internal Medicine.

Under section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003: Effective 5 January 2026: Dr Bjerum's scope of practice is limited to general and acute care medicine.
