Conditions
Conditions on scope of practice under Section 21 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 effective from 1 March 2024:
(1) Dr Elias must work in a Council-approved position under approved supervision; and
(2) Dr Elias must comply with Council's chaperone policy, and will only undertake examinations and/or procedures with female patients in the presence of a Council-approved chaperone. -
