Sport and exercise physicians possess expertise in general medicine, orthopaedics and rehabilitation, plus allied sport sciences including nutrition, biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports psychology.

This includes the skull, brain, meninges, spinal cord, spine and pituitary gland.
