The Medical Council of New Zealand has two new members. The Hon Matt Doocey, Associate Minister of Health, made the appointments, which are effective from 1 July 2024 for a three-year term. You'll work under supervision for this period, during which we make sure you're competent to practise independently in your chosen field of medicine.
